What is the difference between an estimate and an invoice? ↓

An estimate is Nancy's custom quote — it shows you the price and details before any commitment. You can accept or decline it. Once you accept, Nancy converts it into an invoice which is the official payment request. No money changes hands until you receive and pay the invoice.

Is a deposit required? ↓

For larger or group orders, Nancy may request a 50% deposit upfront with the remainder due upon completion. She will let you know in your estimate if this applies.

What if I need to cancel my order? ↓

If you need to cancel before Nancy has started work, please reach out as soon as possible. Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable. Contact Nancy directly to discuss your situation.
